Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. 

If your order arrives damaged, you need to email illglassworks@gmail.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem.

*We will request photos.

 *If these photos show damage caused during shipping we will refer you to the shipping company directly.

*Must have the original receipt or invoice.

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers.

Some return exceptions may be acceptable, but are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • Defective product

  • Received incorrect product

 Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.
